UK and Channel Islands Shipping
We provide FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery on all Games and accessories under 2kg, and FREE Economy Courier Delivery on all other items. Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch (excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays). For a faster delivery, please choose one of our Chargeable options, where we aim to deliver within 24-48 hours of dispatch (excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays). Where a delivery is likely to take longer than the specified time or where stock is running low, we will notify you immediately and keep you up-to-date at all times on the progress of your order.If there are any special requirements (eg: Saturday delivery or delivery next day before 1pm), please contact us on 08456 80 80 24 or sal...@dragon-tech.co.uk and we'll be more than happy to assist.
Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

Overseas Shipping
As well as shipping to the United Kingdom and Channel Islands, we also ship to Europe and the USA. Please note that due to shop restrictions we are unable to ship items over 1kg to areas outside the UK and Channel Islands, but we'll be more than happy to provide a personalised shipping quote if required.All overseas orders are shipped by a 'Signed For' service.
Overseas orders can take up to 14 days to arrive depending on the destination carrier, but on average most orders arrive within 7 days. However, please allow for the full estimate above to elapse before contacting us about your order.
Any duties or fees associated with Customs and import in the region where you live are your responsibility and we will not be held liable for their payment.

Returns Policy
Before returning an item you must obtain a returns authorisation from us by contacting us here. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
Faulty or damaged items
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your payment once we have received and checked the item, which can take up to 10 working days. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Duplicate or incorrect items
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your payment once we have received and checked the item, which can take up to 10 working days. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Unwanted items
You may return any unopened item (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your payment once we have received and checked the item.
* We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.
* We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, not as described or if the item was sent to you in error.
* Should we receive an opened or used item, we reserve the right to return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage.
* We reserve the right to send items back to you that have been returned to us after 14 days, unless they are faulty.
Testing of Items
We test every item returned. If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This will not exceed £3 for video games and other software. Postage costs for hardware and peripherals will depend on the item and will not exceed £15.
We advise you to check all hardware, software and games and their instructions carefully before returning them. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. All our games, software and hardware are UK-spec and we are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by non-UK hardware, out of date Firmware, or hardware that has been modified outside of the manufacturers specifications.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
